The National Irrigation Administration-Regional Office 12 SOUTH COTABATO-SARANGANI IRRIGATION MANAGEMENT OFFICE (NIA-12 SCSIMO), through the NEP Fund CY 2025 intends to apply the sum of P 13,822,500.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for CY 2025-MALANDAG CIS-REPAIR CIS: Construction of Steel Bridge Supported with Cable (0+800.00-0+837.00) and 32-meter Protection Works Upstream Right Side (0+000.00 - 0+032.00), 20-meter Protection Works Downstream Right Side (0+000.00 - 0+020.00), 15-meter Protection Works Upstream Left Side (0+000.00 - 0+015.00), 20-meter Protection Works Downstream Left Side (0+000.00 - 0+020.00) at Main Canal and Temporary Project Facility. (NIA12 -SCSIMO -INFRA -2025-015).
  Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected during bid opening.
