1) The National Irrigation Administration - Apayao Irrigation Management Office, through the
Repair NIS/General Appropriations Act (GAA) 2026 3 intends to apply the sum of Twenty
Seven Million Three Hundred Twelve Thousand Two Hundred Twenty Seven and 80/100
Pesos Only (₱27,312,227.80) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to
payments under the contract for WAAIS POW CY 2026-007 Bids received in excess of the
ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The National Irrigation Administration - Apayao Irrigation Management Office now invites
bids for Construction of 195 meters Canal lining along Main canal, 1 unit Canal Structure
along Main Canal and installation of 15 HP Solar Pump Project.4 Completion of the Works
is required 210 Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed, within two (2) years from
the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description
of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II.
