Description : Invitation to Bid for the Construction of Virtual Learning Studio
1.The Mindanao State University - General Santos City (MSU-GSC), through the GAA Capital Outlay, 2023, intends to apply the sum of Nine Million Seven Hundred Fifty Seven Thousand One Hundred Fifty One Pesos & 90/100 (₱ 9,757,151.90) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for CONSTRUCTION OF VIRTUAL LEARNING STUDIO with Contract No. VLS-005-2023. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2.The MSU-GSC now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required One Hundred Fifty (150) calendar days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section ll. Instruction to Bidders.
3.Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act 9184 (RA 9184).
