  1) The Provincial Government of Bohol through the budget for the contract approved by the Sanggunian through an appropriation ordinance for the year 2026 intends to apply the sum of Seven Million Four Hundred Eighty Thousand Nine Hundred Thirty-Five Pesos and 84/100 Only (P 7,480,935.84) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction of Solar-Powered Desalination Plant for Potable Water Supply at Brgy. Western Cabul-an Island, Buenavista, Bohol. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
