1) The Provincial Government of Northern Samar, through the Trust Fund intends to apply the sum of Nineteen Million Nine Hundred Ninety Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Ninety Five Pesos and 29/100 Only (19,999,995.29) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for NS-07-29-25 Construction of River Control, Brgy. Santander, Bobon Northern Samar Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
