Invitation is hereby given for the Supply and Delivery of CONSTRUCTION OF PERIMETER RETAINING
WALL@MUNICIPAL PORT , for the MAYOR`S OFFICE with the Approved Budget of the Contract (ABC) in the
amount of 1,665,198.60 It will be submitted for public bidding to be held in the Office of the Bids and Awards Committee
at the Municipal Hall of Pres. Manuel A. Roxas, Zamboanga del Norte on August 13, 2025 at 2:00 in the afternoon.
Bidders are required to drop the accomplished bid form in sealed envelope on or before the date of opening of bids with
the required Bid Security in the form and amount stated in RA 9184 or 2% of the A B C amounting to P 33,303.97 .
The said Bidder's Bond shall be returned to the non-winning bidders and the winning bidder shall be required to replace
