Description : 1) The Local Water Utilities Administration (LWUA), through the General Appropriations Act (GAA) of FY 2024 funding for Paracale (Camarines Norte) Water District (PWD) intends to apply the sum of Two Million One Hundred Thirty-One Thousand Six Hundred Seventy-Five Pesos and Seventy-Four Centavos (PhP2,131,675.74), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Bid for Construction of One (1) Test/Production Well for the Water Supply System of Paracale Water District, Camarines Norte with PR/ITB No. 2026-03-001. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2) The Paracale Water District (PWD) Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), now invites bids for the above procurement project. Completion of the Works is required Sixty-five (65) Calendar Days from the receipt of Notice to Proceed (NTP).
