Description : 1. The LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF MAGDALENA, through the General Fund as per CAF No. 2025-34, intends to apply the sum of Five Million Forty-One Thousand One Hundred Eight Pesos only (Php 5,041,108.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Construction of Multi-Purpose Building Phase 4 - 2nd Floor Finishing Work and Window Façade at Barangay Poblacion Magdalena, Laguna. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF MAGDALENA now invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified suppliers for the said procurement. The Bidders should have completed within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipts of bids, and a contract similar to the procurement. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents. Delivery of the Goods/Completion of project is required within ninety (90) calendar days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed.
