1.The National Academy of Sports (NAS), through its Fiscal Year 2024 Continuing Appropriation, intends to apply the amount of Three Million Three Hundred Seventy-Five Thousand Pesos (₱3,375,000.00) as the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) for the Construction of the Front Perimeter Fence and Fabrication/Installation of Main Gates for Phase 1 of the NAS Main Campus located at New Clark City.

2.Bids submitted in excess of the ABC shall be automatically disqualified during bid opening.
