1. The Municipal Government of La Trinidad, through the BARANGAY DEVELOPMENT FUND, FY 2024 intends to apply the sum of SIX HUNDRED NINETY-NINE THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED NINETY-ONE AND THIRTY-NINE CENTAVOS being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for CONSTRUCTION OF FOOTBRIDGE AT SITIO PIPINGEW (POW-1041-2024-LBS-04B. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
