1)The Department of Environment and Natural Resources Regional Office No. 2, through the General Appropriations Act FY 2024 intends to apply the sum of Fifty Million Pesos (PHP 50,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction of DENR Marine Scientific Research Station in Punta, Aparri, Cagayan with project identification number DENR R2 RBAC-08-2025. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2)The DENR R2 now invites bids for the construction of DENR Marine Scientific Research Station in Punta, Aparri, Cagayan which includes securing general requirements, earthworks/siteworks, structural works, construction / installation, engineering works, finishing and procurement of laboratory equipment and other equipment.
