1. The Municipal Government of Sual, Pangasinan, through the 2026 Special Education Fund intends to apply the lump sum bid of Php. 999,203.64 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract Early Procurement Activity (EPA) of Construction of Basketball Court at Cacao Elementary School at Capantolan, Sual, Pangasinan with the following project components with corresponding project cost. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Municipal Government of Sual, Pangasinan now invites bids Construction of Basketball Court at Cacao Elementary School at Capantolan, Sual, Pangasinan.
