The Municipal Government of San Miguel, through the 2025 Annual Budget, pursuant to GPPB Resolution No. 14-2019 and BAC Resolution No. 735 series of 2024 on Early Procurement Activity (EPA) intends to apply the sum of Five Million Pesos (Php 5,000,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the following contract:
