Description : 1. The CAMARINES NORTE STATE COLLEGE now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required TWO HUNDRED EIGHTY SEVEN (287) CALENDAR DAYS with Approved Budget for the Contract in the amount of Thirty Six Million, Six Hundred Eighty Eight Thousand, Five Hundred Sixty One Pesos and 09/100 (₱ 36,688,561.09). Bids received in excess of the ABC is automatically rejected.

2. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 9184.
