1) The Department of Health MIMAROPA - Center for Health Development, through the Various Funds Source intends to apply the sum of Three Million Six Hundred Fifty-Six Thousand Six Hundred Seventy-Five Hundred Sixty Pesos (Php 3,656,675.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Competitive Bidding for the Supply and Delivery of Medical Supplies and Test Kits (Per Lot Bid) under RBAC II-2026-012. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
