Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR COMMUNITY PARTICIPATION ON ENHANCED NATIONAL GREENING PROGRAM FY 2026

1. The DENR-PENRO Davao del Sur, through the Approved National Expenditure Program (NEP) FY 2026 - ENGP Fund, intends to apply the sum of Three Million Four Hundred Thirty-Two Thousand Pesos (Php3,432,000.00.00), being the ABC to payment under the contract for Enhanced National Greening Program FY 2026. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. Bidding will be conducted through open Community Participation procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as required by Section 59 of RA 12009 and Section 59.1 of its IRR.

3. This procurement is divided into separate lots corresponding to the project sites indicated in this Invitation to Bid. Bidders and Community-Based Service Providers may submit a quotation for any lot at their discretion. Evaluation and award shall be made on a per-lot basis.
