PROCUREMENT OF COMMON-USE OFFICE SUPPLIES (NOT AVAILABLE AT PROCUREMENT SERVICE - DEPARTMENT OF BUDGET & MANAGEMENT) FOR BIR REVENUE REGION NO. 04 PAMPANGA (C.Y. 2025)

1. The Bureau of Internal Revenue - BIR, RR-4, SINDALAN, CITY OF SAN FERNANDO, PAMPANGA, through the FY 2025 National Expenditure Program (NEP) intends to apply the sum of One Million Three Hundred Thirty Five Thousand Seven Hundred Sixty Seven Pesos and 50/100 (P1,335,767.50) only being the ABC to payment under the contract for P.B. No. 2025-05 (GOODS) - Procurement of Common-use office supplies (not available at Procurement Service - Department of Budget & Management for BIR Revenue Region No. 04 Pampanga (C.Y. 2025). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The BIR-RR-4, Pampanga now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of goods shall be as follows:
