Invitation to Bid for the Catering Services for Various Offices of the Municipality (MPD Office and Mayor-s Office)
1. The Municipality of Pavia, Iloilo, through the General Fund 2025 intends to apply the sum of Three Hundred Fifty Eight Thousand Five Hundred Pesos Only (P 358,500.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Catering Services for Various Offices of the Municipality (MPD Office and Mayor-s Office)/ Contract No. 2025-50. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Municipality of Pavia, Iloilo now invites bids for the Catering Services for Various Offices of the Municipality (MPD Office and Mayor-s Office). Delivery of the Goods is required six (6) months. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
