INVITATION TO BID FOR BOILER
1) The CITY GOVERNMENT OF LEGAZPI, through the General Fund CY 2025, intends to apply the sum of Four Million Pesos Only (P4,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Boiler to be used at the Legazpi City Slaughterhouse. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The CITY GOVERNMENT OF LEGAZPI now invites bids for Boiler to be used at the Legazpi City Slaughterhouse. Delivery of the Goods is required Fifteen (15) Calendar Days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, at least ten(10) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders.
