1. The Barangay Government of Sinayawan, through the Barangay Fund-120% Local Development Fund, intends to apply the sum of Three Hundred Forty-One Thousand Two Hundred Fifty Pesos (₱341,250.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Barangay Road Maintenance at Barangay Sinayawan, Valencia City, Bukidnon. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Barangay Government of Sinayawan now invites contractor for the Barangay Road Maintenance at Barangay Sinayawan, Valencia City, Bukidnon Completion of the Works is required within 10 Calendar days upon receipt of Notice to proceed.
Bidders should have completed, within Two (2) years from the date of Submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders Contractors must Post warranty after acceptance of the Project.
