1. The Department of National Defense, through the AFP Modernization Trust Fund intends to apply the sum of Sixty Six Million Three Hundred Twenty Two Thousand Pesos (PhP66,322,000.00) being the total Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments for the Acquisition of Dental Equipment Lot Projects for the General Headquarters - Armed Forces of the Philippines Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
