1. The Municipality of Hinunangan, through the TF-MMK CY 2024 intends to apply the sum of Seven Hundred Twenty-Eight Thousand Pesos Only (Php 728,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the MATERIALS AND INSTALLATION FOR THE REHAB./IMPROVEMENT OF 5 MARINE PROTECTED AREAS (MPAS) OBSERVATORY TOWER. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
