1. The Municipality of Hinunangan, through the General Fund CY 2024 intends to apply the sum of Three Million Pesos Only (Php 3,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Procurement of Siren. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
