Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR 25GCI0005

1. The DPWH-Pampanga 3rd District Engineering Office, through FY 2025 RA 12116 REG 2025 CURRENT SR2025-02-004323 CO-EAO intends to apply the sum of ₱ 2,460,000.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments for the contract Contract ID No. 25GCI0005 - Supply of Diesel Fuel for use in Service Vehicles of DPWH - Pampanga 3rd DEO (District Engineer Office, Asst. District Engineer Office, Administrative Section, Finance Section, Planning and Design Section, Quality Assurance Section and Construction Section) for the period of 3rd Quarter CY 2025. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The DPWH-Pampanga 3rd District Engineering Office now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Duration of Services is required staggered basis or until consumed. Bidders should have completed, within 10 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
