INVITATION TO BID FOR SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF NUTRITIONAL SUPPLEMENT UNDER FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT

1. The Southern Isabela Medical Center (SIMC), using a single-year Framework Agreement, through the Hospital Income intends to apply the sum of Four Million Two Hundred Twenty-six Thousand Six Hundred Sixteen Pesos Only (Php 4,266,616.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of Nutritional Supplement Under Framework Agreement. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
