The Southern Isabela Medical Center (SIMC), using a single-year Framework Agreement, through the Hospital Income intends to apply the sum of Twenty-six million Eight hundred ninety thousand Three hundred twenty-two (26, 890,322.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of Various Drugs and Medicines (Re-bid) - Framework Agreement. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
