INVITATION TO BID FOR THE PROCUREMENT OF CONSTRUCTION OF OPHTHALMOLOGY OPERATING ROOM COMPLEX

1. The Southern Isabela Medical Center (SIMC), through the Hospital Income intends to apply the sum of Eighteen Million Eight Hundred Thousand Pesos Only (₱18,800,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Construction of Ophthalmology Operating Room Complex. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
