1. The Southern Isabela Medical Center (SIMC), through the Hospital Income intends to apply the sum of Two Million Six Hundred Forty-Two Thousand Nine Hundred Pesos Only (Php 2,642,900.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Supply, Delivery and Installation of Airconditioning Units. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
