1. The Southern Isabela Medical Center (SIMC), through the Hospital Income intends to apply the sum of One Million Eight Hundred Pesos (Php 1,800,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Supply, Delivery and Commissioning of one (1) unit Dental Chair. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
