1. The Southern Isabela Medical Center (SIMC), using a single-year Framework Agreement, through the National Expenditure Program intends to apply the sum of Seven Million Two Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php 7,200,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of Medical Oxygen Refill - Framework Agreement Under Early Procurement Activity. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
