INVITATION TO BID FOR SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF STRETCHER BED
1. The Southern Isabela Medical Center (SIMC), through the Hospital Income intends to apply the sum of One Million Six Hundred Twenty Thousand Pesos (₱ 1,620,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of Stretcher Bed. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The SIMC-BAC now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within the prescribed schedule based on the Schedule of Requirements. Bidders should have completed, within the past two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
