1. The CITY GOVERNMENT OF OROQUIETA, through the TRUST FUND - FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE FROM THE PROVINCIAL GOVERNMENT OF MISAMIS OCCIDENTAL intends to apply the sum of THREE MILLION PESOS ONLY (P 3,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for 1 Lot Supply, delivery, and Installation of Sound System Equipment for Oroquieta City Bayfront Arena with PR No. 300-01-25-00061. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The CITY GOVERNMENT OF OROQUIETA now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Please Indicate Brand. Delivery and installation of goods/equipment is required at 60 CALENDAR DAYS.
