Sealed proposal in ink typewritten one (1) copy will be received from bonafide contractors on February 14, 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Barangay Hall, Barangay Sto. Niño 1st, San Jose city on which date, time and place the bid will publicly opened in the presence of bidders or their duly authorized representative for the RENOVATION OF STAGE @ ZONE 5, BRGY STO. NIÑO 1st, San Jose City, Nueva Ecija. Two Envelope System, will be used as per implementing rule and regulation of Republic Act No.9184.The approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) is SEVEN HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (P700,000.00)

Each bid shall accompanied by Bidder's Bond in the form of their Cash, Manager's Check Two and Half Percent (2.5%) of approved budget for the Contract, Bank Guarantee (1 1/2 percent of approved budget for the Contract) and Surety Bond from reputable Bonding Company accredited by Insurance Commission (5 percent of approved budget for the Contract).

The successful Bidder's shall post a Performance Bond equivalent to Five percent (5%) of the total contract price in Cash, Certified Check, Cashier's Check, Bank Draft of Thirty percent (30%) of total contract price...
