Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE PROCUREMENT OF INVESTIGATIVE EQUIPMENT OF CAPSU DUMARAO SATELLITE COLLEGE

IB NO. 2025-07-0029

1. The Capiz State University, through the Internally Generated Funds - 2025 intends to apply the sum of Six Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php 600,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the Procurement of Investigative Equipment of CAPSU Dumarao Satellite College. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Capiz State University now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by 60 calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within the last two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract simi-lar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instruc-tions to Bidders).
3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 9184.
