EPOETIN BETA (RECOMBINANT HUMAN ERYTHROPOIETIN) 5000IU

1. The QUIRINO MEMORIAL MEDICAL CENTER, using a single-year for a duration of 1 year Framework Agreement, through the DM-Business Income / GAA Fund intends to apply the sum of Seven Million Eight Hundred Twenty-Four Thousand pesos only (PHP 7,824,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the Procurement of Epoetin Beta (Recombinant Human Erythropoietin) 5000IU. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The QUIRINO MEMORIAL MEDICAL CENTER now invites bids for the Procurement of Epoetin Beta (Recombinant Human Erythropoietin) 5000IU. Delivery of the Goods is required within the specified schedule under Section VI: Schedule of Requirements. Bidders should have completed, within Two (2) Years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
