- Inclusive of Installation of Fiber optic cable
- Inclusive of devices (router/modem) and other required peripherals and cables
- The contractor must provide grounding cables
- The contractor must submit documents showing it has multiple international direct peering uplinks (at least two (2))
- The contractor must provide 24x7 Technical Support
