• Description:
• The International Finance Corporation (IFC) is seeking to engage a qualified consulting firm to support the implementation of climate transition stress testing for selected financial institutions in Asia, as part of its Climate Risk EAP Program. The objective of the assignment is to enhance client banks- capacity to assess and manage climate-related financial risks in alignment with the Paris Agreement, the MDB/IFC Paris Alignment framework, and global disclosure standards, including TCFD, IFRS S1, and IFRS S2.The scope of work includes: (i) capacity building on climate transition stress testing; (ii) technical assistance for the design and implementation of stress testing exercises; and (iii) offering ongoing methodological guidance throughout the implementation process. The assignment also involves preparing a lessons-learned summary based on engagement experience to support institutional learning and future replication.The assignment is expected to run for up to 12 months, with completion by October 2026.
