  I. PROJECT TITLE:
  Procurement of services of a tour operator / travel agent for the international air tickets in relation with the procurement of international air tickets of the Office of Market Development representative
  
  II. BACKGROUND:
  
  The Department of Tourism (DOT) is in need of the services of a DOT-accredited, Metro Manila-based tour operator or travel agency (preferably an IATA member) engaged in the business of providing international air tickets, in connection with the official travel of the Office of Market Development representative to India for the Department-s participation in the Outbound Travel Mart 2026
  
  III. OBJECTIVES:
  The following are the Department-s objectives for participating in the event:
  • Establish critical linkages with Indian travel trade partners;
  • Promote Philippine tourism products and services;
  • Generate significant sales leads and increase arrivals from India.
