1. The City Government of Pasay, through the Supplemental Budget No. 7 CY2025 as per Ordinance No. 08-18, S2025 intends to apply the sum of Six Million Four Hundred Ninety Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Ninety Eight Pesos & 59/100 (Php 6,499,998.59) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Interior Renovation and Retrofitting of Existing Mezzanine Floor of City Budget Office, Pasay City Hall, FB Harrison Street, Pasay City. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
