  1) The Capiz State University, through the Internally Generated Fund - 2026 intends to apply the sum of One Million One Hundred Four Thousand Nine Hundred Fifty Pesos (PHP 1,104,950.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of Insurance of Enrolled Student of the University for SY 2026-2027. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
