Description : REQUEST FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST

The Rural Agro-Enterprise Partnership for Development and Growth (RAPID Growth) Project, spearheaded by the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) and funded by the International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD), invites service providers to submit their Expression of Interest (EOI) for a consultancy engagement to conduct Institutional Development and Governance Training for cacao farmer organizations in Sultan Kudarat.

This initiative supports inclusive and sustainable economic growth for rural communities, aligned with the Philippine Government-s commitments to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), especially poverty elimination and inequality reduction. RAPID Growth targets key value chains—coffee, cacao, coconut, and processed fruits and nuts—across selected regions, including Sultan Kudarat.
