1. The Municipal Government of Baler, through its 5% LDRRMF CY 2025, intends to apply the sum of ONE MILLION THREE HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (PhP 1,300,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the INSTALLATION/PURCHASE OF EWS DEVICES, MATERIALS & SIGNAGES, MDRRMO, BALER, AURORA (MGB- 2025-0031). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Municipal Government of Baler now invites bids for the INSTALLATION/PURCHASE OF EWS DEVICES, MATERIALS & SIGNAGES, MDRRMO, BALER, AURORA (MGB-2025-0031). Completion of the Works required is SIXTY (60) CALENDAR DAYS. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project.
