1. The Brgy. Local Government Unit of Poblacion 3, San Julian, through the 20% Brgy.
Outlay intends to apply the sum of Three Hundred Fifty - One Thousand Four
Hundred Forty - Nine Pesos & 22/100 Centavos Only (Php 351,449.22) being the
Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for
Installation /Procurement of Solar Powered Streetlights @ Brgy. 03 Poblacion, San
Julian, Eastern Samar. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically
rejected at bid opening.
2. The Brgy. Local Government Unit of Poblacion 3, San Julian now invites bids for
Installation /Procurement of Solar Powered Streetlights. Completion of the Works is
required within Thirty - One (31) Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed a
