1. The Barangay 03, Poblacion San Julian , Eastern Samar. Through the 20% CDF OF 2025 Budget , intends to apply the sum of THREE HUNDRED FIFTY ONE THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED FORTY NINE PESOS AND 22/100 (Php. 351,449.22) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for INSTALLATION/PROCUREMENT OF SOLAR POWERED STREETLIGHT at Barangay 03, San Julian, Eastern Samar. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
