Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR
INSTALATION/IMPROVEMENT OF WATER SUPPLY SYSTEM
AT TAMBAN PORT, TAMBAN, TINAMBAC, CAMARINES SUR

1. The Local Government Unit of Tinambac, through Municipal Development Fund - (MDF) F/Y 2025 intends to apply the total sum of Four Hundred Ninety Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Ninety Six Pesos & Eighty Eight Centavos (₱ 499,996.88) only being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract Installation/Improvement of Water Supply System at Tamban Port, Brgy. Tamban, Tinambac, Camarines Sur, with Project Identification Number B-25P-24. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Local Government Unit of Tinambac now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required by Feb. 19, 2026. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
