INVITATION TO BID

1.0 The Barangay Local Government of Talingting, Municipality of Carles, Province of Iloilo through its 20% Development Fund 2025 intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Thirty Thousand One Hundred Pesos Only (Php 130,100.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Installation/Construction of Solar Street Light. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2.0 The Barangay Local Government of Talingting, Municipality of Carles, Province of Iloilo - Bids and Awards Committer now invites bid for the Installation/Construction of Solar Street Light. Completion of the delivery of goods is required within Ten (10) Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed, within the last five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II - Eligibility Documents (Instructions to Bidders).
