  - Clearing, grubbing, levelling and lay-out of construction area
  - Excavation for foundations and footings

Roof framing: kiln-dried or well-seasoned hardwood or pressure-treated lumber; top and bottom chords, posts and web members sized according to span and load; connections are bolted, nailed or strapped using Gl plates, bolts or approved metal connectors; all wood members shall be anti-anay (termite treated) and moisture resistant; properly secured and aligned anchored to concrete walls using anchor bolts or straps
