1. The BARANGAY STA. CRUZ, JARO, LEYTE through the 20% Economic Development fund intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Thousand Pesos Only (Php 100,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for INSTALLATON OF WAY FINDING & SIGNAGES STA CRUZ, JARO, LEYTE Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
