Description : 1. The Municipality of Sta. Cruz, Ilocos Sur, through 20% D.F., intends to apply the sum of Seven Hundred Forty-Five Thousand Six Hundred Seventy-Three Pesos and Eighty-Six Centavos (Php745,673.86), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC), to payments under the contract for the Installation of Water System at Sanitary Landfill, Gabur Norte, 2025-51. Bids received more than the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Municipality of Sta. Cruz, Ilocos Sur, now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works has required 15 CD. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).

3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary “pass/fail” criteria as specified in the 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 9184.
