  1) The LGU - Barangay Dawan, through the Barangay IRA Fund intends to apply the sum of Six Hundred Ninety Eight Thousand One Hundred Seventy Nine Pesos & 40/100 (Php698,179.40) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Installation of Water System at Purok Baybay, Purok Manga, Purok Tulay, Purok Lagpan, Bigue 1 & 2, Purok San Pedro. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
